Eli Junior Kroupi reiterates interest in joining Tottenham this summer

Tottenham Hotspur’s ambitious summer transfer window shows no signs of slowing under manager Roberto De Zerbi.

At the top of their wishlist is Bournemouth’s breakout star Eli Junior Kroupi, and Spurs’ pursuit has taken a significant step forward.

Following positive talks with Kroupi’s entourage, the player has once again expressed his interest in moving to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

This green light from the player gives Spurs a significant advantage as they continue negotiations. Kroupi, who has been likened to compatriot Kylian Mbappe, is coming off a superb debut Premier League campaign, scoring 13 goals, earning a PFA Young Player of the Year nomination, and helping Bournemouth to a historic sixth-place finish.

At just 20, the French prodigy has attracted interest from European giants such as Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United, Barcelona, and Paris Saint-Germain.

However, Kroupi and his camp are reportedly drawn to De Zerbi’s tactical vision, viewing Spurs as the ideal environment for his development.

While Bournemouth are determined to retain their star forward ahead of next season’s Europa League journey, Tottenham’s financial strength this summer has been clear.

Despite having already completed high-profile deals for Sandro Tonali and Mateus Fernandes for a combined £185 million, the Spurs hierarchy are prepared to go “all out” to land Kroupi.

With the player actively pushing for the move, it looks increasingly likely that he will be in Lilywhite by the end of the summer.
