Tottenham Hotspur travel across London to face Leyton Orient in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night, with Jose Mourinho likely to rotate his squad for the clash.
Spurs got back to winning ways at the weekend at Southampton and the club will look to progress to the next round of the cup competition with victory over their Football League opponents tonight.
With games coming thick and fast, Tottenham will have to change their side for the trip to Orient, with a number of fringe players surely getting their chance to feature.
Mourinho may opt to give someone like Tanguy Ndombele another start to improve his match fitness, but it is likely that not many of the Spurs starting XI that featured at Southampton will be selected again here.
It will be intriguing to see if Dele Alli get a start for Tottenham, with the England international substituted at half-time against Everton on the Premier League opening day – and not featuring for the team since.
Spurs have plenty of options in attacking midfield and the likes of Erik Lamela, Steven Bergwijn and Moussa Sissoko should come into the starting XI.
At the back, Toby Alderweireld was rested on Sunday and as such will surely start, while Ryan Sessegnon could well get a chance to feature for Tottenham on the left-hand side.

Starting XI vs Orient (4-2-3-1): Hart; Aurier, Alderweireld, Sanchez, Sessegnon; Sissoko, Ndombele; Lamela, Alli, Bergwijn; Lucas
