Tottenham Hotspur remain without any new signing this summer, with less than a week left in the summer window.
Despite this, plenty of other Premier League sides have been strengthening their squads, with London rivals Crystal Palace landing German midfielder Max Meyer on a free transfer.
The playmaker has been available all-summer long after leaving Schalke and Tottenham have been linked with him in the past.
However, there have been reports that Meyer’s wage demands are astronomical, with Palace reportedly paying him £170,000 per week.
